The City of Duarte Town Center Greening and Traffic Calming Plan represents a critical step toward implementing the Duarte Town Center Specific Plan. The Specific Plan clearly defines the vision for a new town center. The Greening and Traffic Calming Plan will provide the details needed for the City to achieve the goals for attractive multimodal travel corridors, economic vitality, and placemaking.
The City has appointed an Ad Hoc committee for the Town Center Greening and Traffic Calming Plan. Meetings are scheduled at 7 PM on the following dates:

Stakeholder Interview Summary: The City and consultant (MIG, Inc.) conducted interviews with community members and stakeholders within the Town Center Specific Plan area in November 2018.
Existing Conditions Report: The City and consultants (MIG, Inc. and KOA Corporation) completed an existing conditions report to outline baseline conditions in the Town Center Area.
